He’d always felt that everyone had at least one scrap of humanity left in them and, if he could find it, he could catch these twisted beings and save the innocent.
Now Gideon felt he was drowning in the abyss that was The Tortured Soul. He needed to shed himself of it all and, to do that, he needed to reject humanity as a whole.
