That is, unless you count my hibernation in F+F today. M'too tired to focus on much else. Beh.
Kymmy was rather unwell on Sunday. To tell the truth, she's not felt 100% since day-surgery last Wednesday. She was particularly bad over the weekend and downright horrible on Sunday. Took her to RPA on Sunday night, arrived at 9:30pm, was seen by an ED doc by 1am and was situated in a bed with an IV and some anti-sickness meds by 2am. Finally left RPA at about 4:30am on Monday morning, thankfully much much better than she was when we arrived.
Yesterday was the big day - Embryo transfer. As I said, thankfully, Kymmy was feeling much more normal by the time we left the hospital and the doc (who was absolutely lovely, thank you Dr Joe!) said he made sure he didn't give her anything that would mean we would have to postpone the transfer.
The transfer itself was pretty cool - The labs at our clinic are extremely swanky and everyone is incredibly friendly and personable (can't say the same about some of the clients, but what can you do?) and we even got to see our little embryo before the implantation. Everything was quick and easy and painless, and Kymmy is now officially pregnant - It's just a case of whether or not it sticks. *fingers crossed* Official pregnancy test is scheduled for June 5th.
More (good, hopefully) news then.

On the cards for today? A MOUNTAIN of work, while being entertained by a little F+F and perhaps some other Blondie-flavoured footage. All the while, continuing what appears to be a new fascination with The Script and the lead singer dude (whose name I don't know, bad Glory) who sings like a white John Legend and looks a little like Misha Collins.
Speaking of Mr Collins, how did I not know he was a Boston boy? And that his birthday is only three days after mine? Hrm. Learn something new everyday I suppose. :)
Also - Undertaking my first listen of Eminem's new album today. I <3 him, I know most people don't and that's fine. I'm very interested to hear what else he came up with for this album apart from the usual first-single-joke-song 'We Made You'.
Spent last night putting together the jigsaw puzzle known as Ms
mel_b_angel's brand new bed. Gorgeous piece of furniture, I must say. We've been so caught up in the whole baby thing that I haven't even had a chance to get all excited about the other new addition to our nuthouse family. But I'm excited now! Must make sure the house is presentable for the arrival of Ms Mel, family and belongings. Good impressions are a must, of course. :)
That's about it from me. Other inconsequential things happened, like us seeing Wolvie in Gold Class on Saturday night, but nothing of real significance.
Hope the week is treating everyone well thus far. Roll on weekend! *sleeps at desk*
