Wow the concept is great! You can do so much with them, and having non-con later on and a three-some! *gasps* The possibilities! Not to mention Eden's powers! A few things though-

Sylar has Eden's powers, if he wanted to, he could have TOLD them to do something. But maybe showing them he has power over them is more gratifying.

I like that Peter hasn't discovered he can mimik through memory, I hated that development in the show. But wouldn't Peter be able to fight the TK using TK? Sylar's right there, what's stopping him? Maybe Sylar was too far away?

Post more soon!

Glad you're enjoying it! The second installment is being worked on as we speak, because the bunny will not die. :)

Now, as for what you said:

Having them do something of their own "free will", as limited as said free will is, is much more of a power trip. Yes, he could quite easily say "okay, you're going to do this now, because I said so" but it's so much more effective in breaking his victims' wills if they do it without a power being used. Sort of "hey, you could have fought me. You didn't. Maybe you wanted to do what I said all along."

(That, and he may have been lying when he said he had Eden's gift. I'm leaving that vague on purpose, until later. There're other ways he could have found out about Isaac, after all.)

As for the telekinesis, theoretically Peter could fight the TK using his mimicking ability. However, while Sylar is close enough that Peter could mimic the TK, he's also had a lot more practice with it. I can't recall off the top of my head if the show is doing this, but it makes sense, to me at least, that Peter ( ... )

This fic looks to be getting pretty dark pretty fast, which I like. The non-con will be... special, to say the least, and there will likely be elements of Stockholm's Syndrome, as I adore playing with that concept. I'm also looking at adding Isaac to the mix, and possibly some of the others, depending on where my muses take me. I've got a basic outline plotted, but specific events are subject to change.

Thanks for the comment. It's always nice to know people appreciate what I write. :)

I love psychological fuckery... so I'm totally into this.

Psychological torture is much more fun than physical torture, in my opinion. People can withstand it longer, there's no physical mess and no danger of accidentally killing your victim if you get carried away. The worst that'll happen is it takes too long to break your victim, the best is you'll get a nice, able-bodied piece of broken. Win all 'round!

...I sound slightly deranged, I suspect.

Then I must be slightly deranged myself. I'm in the middle of writing an outline for a Heroes fic and it's turning out to be longer and more crazy than I had thought. I let my mom see it and she just looked at me like I was imsane.

Plus I have this thing about putting Peter thorugh hell...hehehehe.

Derangement is not necessarily a bad thing...

Well, Peter is so very emo. Something about the cute-and-floppy attracts people who like to torment characters, I think. Which may be why I am thinking of sticking Isaac in later; he's cute and floppy and sort of sadly pathetic, and needs a) looking after, b) tormenting some more, or c) both of the above, combined with mindfuckery. Because everyone needs their heads messed with, clearly!

There is just somthing about him...maybe it is the hair but torturing him, physically or mentally is just too fun. Maybe it's the way it seems everybody want to protect him from stuff, especially Nathan.

Definitely, which is also why I like to play with Mohinder. Both of them have/had people who're trying to protect them from things - Nathan for Peter, his parents for Mohinder - and that sort of makes me want to grab them and throw nasty stuff at them to see how strong they really are.

If that makes sense.
