Yeah, I really enjoyed both the book and film - it's a been the highlight of my year so far!
I'm not doing so much these days. I finally got a diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a progressive multi-systemic connective tissue disorder. While my back was the worst thing, it impacts every muscle and every joint in my body as my connective tissue isn't working properly.
I had to stop working, and am stuck in bed a lot of the time, or in a wheelchair. Quite frustrating!
It causes pretty severe fatigue, and I struggle to get my brain together to write. I do write a blog about it, but it's not 'fun' writing anymore. www.chronicchronicles.co.uk if you're interested.
By the way - I've never forgotten what you did for me when I was at university, and the help you gave me to get treatment. I wouldn't have got through my degree without it, and I still think of you all the time.
How about you? How are you nieces/nephews?
And are you writing? Did you ever finsh that book about the girl with special powers?
