To begin with, can I just say your comment made me immensely happy? Because it really, really did >////<

For so many reasons. Since I've been writing in fandom for a while now, my style and my characterisation is kind of typical and, ahem, a tad obvious >.>;; so it's such a pleasure to have someone new in fandom even give my fic a try in the first place--and a super long one at that ;; really, I wasn't expecting to attract much readers with this fic due to its length and plottiness and the summary was kind of 'meh' and I thought the ones who would read would be the ones who already knew it was me and knew what to expect from my writing. Comments like yours are one of the reasons why I join exchanges. They give me such encouragement, so thank you so so much for taking the time to leave such thoughtful and flattering feedback ;o; ♥♥

I can't even choose what my favorite part was because I loved every single thing, but let's go with the development and pace.
cries. the one thing you chose to comment on had to be what I was feeling most insecure about hfdjkshfjks THIS MEANS SO MUCH TO ME. as I was writing this fic, I was emailing a friend about how the pacing of my fics, especially the longer ones, tended to be my weakness because it would never be balanced; the scenes would be way too fast in one part and much, much slower in others; the development would drag in the start and rush to the finish line near the end. For the first time, I am actually happy (and surprised) with how the pacing turned out in this fic since there was a lot going on, and your comment really helped with that ♥♥
