This was just completely charming!

I loved your world-building, I loved that Nakamaru and Koki were ship mates and that Ueda and Nakamaru had a history. I loved Ueda still looking out for Nakamaru and the structural set up of them being essentially adrift in space looking out for what might not even be there. I adored Koki in this; his laid-back genius at ship repair and welding lazer-ing or whatever lol. I laughed so much at all of Junno's scenes; how he's so easily obnoxious and unapologetic. I was flailing with glee at his effect on Nakamaru and Nakamaru's grudging observations about him. This whole fic had me so excited not just because it was tagumaru but because it was exciting as a solid AU and definitely a universe that seems like it was constructed down to its last detail.

Ugh the kiss on the cheek and Junno sneaking into his room to repay him and the dialogue they shared during that scene. Junno was insufferable but loveable and Nakamaru 'not had any in 85 days' Yuichi was so cute and boy *______________* did that get just the perfect sort of steamy. And what's more, a happy ending; they get to go home.

Wonderfully done; a champion among tagumaru fic. Loved it from start to finish and I couldn't help reccing it to everyone who would listen lol.
