Lovely universe! I enjoyed the distinctions of why the court case was fought- not that Eduardo couldn't return, but that he couldn't be forced to return to a human's side. Maybe I'm wrong, but it feels like there's a sequel in here of 10 years later, when the vacation is over, and Eduardo is called back to service?
