Nooo, he left Mohinder!! It's so heartbreaking! He loves Mohinder and wants to be with him but he knows that no matter how much her wishes and wants, Mohinder will never love him the way Sylar wants him to...so he lets him go. This tugged at my heartstrings! Loved it!!
