Nominations closing Sunday
Nominations for the Exchange at Fic Corner will close on Sunday at approximately Noon (subject to change to later, but not earlier). Following the closure, there will be a 24 hour review period to catch any errors that might have crept in. Sign-ups will open at least (and as close as possible, my schedule permitting) to 24 hours after nominations close.
When I open the posts (here and on LJ) for vetting the nominations, there will be a special bonus nomination round. You may cooment on that with one character in any nominated fandom who was not nominated, following the rules on the vetting post and they will be added. This bonus character round will only be in effect between the close of nominations and the opening of sign-ups and only on the two vetting posts. Do not comment to any other post in this comm with characters - they will be ignored. The idea is to fill out character lists a little more to encourage people to offer/request fandoms.If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask those in the comments of this post.
