It's been quite some time since I've needed much help on anything fibro related. I don't take any medications (anymore) and most days my pain is nonexistent. I still have flare ups in rainy weather, but I've recently relocated in Jan. 2011 from NY to SC where the summers are much hotter. Yesterday I noticed my knee joint hurting and it didn't rain or anything, and it's not forecast to rain anytime soon. Yesterday was the first pleasant day in awhile with a high of only 83F where this Friday it'll be 103F. Anyway, I don't remember stepping weird or twisting my ankle, but my knee has been hurting at an uncomfortable level for the past 24 hours, and this morning my ankle on the same leg has been hurting, and now a couple of toe joints are sore, and everything from my knee down feels like it's really hot. I've never really had to deal with fibro in hot weather as I have with cold weather, so I'm unfamiliar with what to do. I also don't have any kind of doctor right now, and I don't want to be writhing in pain on Friday when heat & humidity will be at an all time high. Any tips on anything that would help me? Thanks in advance.
