Okay, so I've been taking Cymbalta and Gabapentin and things were going okay. But today, I was going home from computer class on the bus, and when I reached the transfer point, I read the LED thing, and it said the next bus wouldn't be coming for twenty minutes. So I walked 7-9 blocks home. By the end of the third block, my hip was hurting. The bus went by while I was between stops (of course) so I walked home. Later, my husband told me to bring his blood glucose diary to the clinic he goes to, so I took a bus up there. In the two blocks I walked to get to the clinic, I was really hurting. The same thing going back. By the time I got off the bus, I was limping, and I still am. I'm hoping this doesn't start a flare. I have computer class 4 days a week at 9 in the morning. I don't know if I can concentrate if I'm flaring. And I always start hurting more when I've been at a computer desk for awhile. Tried to sleep, but my stomach started growling.
And the weather is so cold. Anybody else having trouble now that the weather is cold? Any tips on what to do if you start hurting and think you might flare? I can't take my calcium or multivitamins until after dinner because my stomach is empty. Help!
