What IS this? Help, please!

OK, so on Sunday morning I woke up and my entire right leg was swollen. I couldn't walk on it, and it was freezing cold. I have had nerve problems in my left arm before, and other than fibro, I have RA, OA, carpal tunnel & Cushing's Disease. I thought it was the Cushing's acting up, however, it hasn't gone away & now the swelling has gone down (as in not entirely down my leg, but to my calf muscle & partly my knee). I have to wear shoes everywhere, or my toes will & have bent forward & made a painful cracking noise.

All toes but the big one have done that. The bone under my knee is poking out. The bone next to the achilles' tendon was completely enlarged and poking out as if my skin can't hold it. Worse yet, I had taken 1 step down from the attic where I'm staying temporarily (I've just moved to SC from NY, temporarily, with my family. Then my fiance is supposed to take us to FL.) I happen to have fibro but my father says that he is, "so tired of" me and me getting sick & hurting myuself, blah, blah, blah.

So because I only have NY State insurance, and my fiance is away looking @ apartments, my dad won't let me get medical attention. He's also a big drunk and so nasty. He yelled @ me all night (which I have no idea why he doesn't "get" that when he's inebriated, that stress causes more fibro attacks!) So of course I am so upset, and have been for about 6 hrs. now. He says he's just "too tired of me getting sick" like I can control it.

He's also witholding medical attention, and 1- I don't drive, and 2- even if I did, is it smart when your right leg is kinda disabled? This doesn't feel like a typical attack. I've only convinced him that I should get an x-ray tomorrow, by telling him that "even if it starts feeling, it'll hurt too much for me to drive." THAT seemed to be too much. Aside from being pissed, has anyone had this sort of feeling before as an auto-immune or a symptom of fibromyalgia? Does this sound like a break? Have you ever had family withold medical attention? (Oh btw, I tried taking hot baths w/ epsom salts & using ice packs, seperately, so I'd try to help it. Nothing except for lower areas of swelling, but bringing more swelling.

If anyone could help, it'd be awesome or leave comments about your thoughts of what it might be, or in general it'd help me. Oh, and hi, 1st-time poster... name's Ingrid. Had this since I was 20, and am now almost 28. Nice to meetchya!
