It is nice to meet you, too.

I have the damndest time explaining how I can sleep all night, sleep late, take a nap and still be ready for bed at bedtime.

I love your user name!

sadly this very thing is why i am now tapering off of Lyrica. it worked great for the pain for a long time but between the weight gain (or difficulty losing weight) and the fatigue all the time, i just can't handle it anymore. i've been on it for years. would consider using it as an occasional sleep aid or even going back on a low dose after i've taken a vacation from it for a while, but it waas losing its effectiveness yet still making me fall asleep during the day, so i'm saying goodbye to it. i also take a prescription NSAID and tramadol (in my case the new drug Ryzolt)

Hi there, and Welcome! I have gained a little weight, 40 lbs over the last 2 years, but it has been SO worth it to me! I used to be EXTREMELY thin so am enjoying having curves, but DAMN it hurt to have to give away so many of my cute skinny clothes!

I think the hardest thing for me to deal with is the Fibro-fog. Lyrica helps so much with the pain, and the amatriptyline has helped tons with my sleep, but the forgetfulness just kills me.

Is lyrica responsible for the day sleep cycles? Ugh!

I've gained about the same 40 lbs, but I was already around 180 when I started. I'm heavier than my hubby now.
