My two favorite fibro supplements

MSM and Hyaluronic Acid: These are two supplements that are extremely important to me -- and since I was diagnosed with fibro, they've becom even more important. I recently found, through Google searching, that both MSM and hyaluronic acid have been used in studies with fibromyalgia patients, which made me happy. Today, I was looking around and learned even more.
The thing about many supplements is that, like medication, they don't work for everyone. A lot of people I know have said that MSM is "incredible" and "fantastic" and really works. Others have said that it does absolutely nothing and it was a waste of money. I get that with my epilepsy drug, too (oxcarbazepine). People like to tell me, "Ugh, that drug is awful and I hate it!" and I have to politely say, "Well, I'm sorry about that, but it works great for me, and I wish you wouldn't be so awfully biased just because you had a bad experience."
I like recommending supplements here because like me, I know a lot of you are frustrated, looking for relief outside of prescriptions, hoping for something that will actually work. Does anyone else take MSM and/or HA? Have you had good experience with it?
