trying to avoid a fibro flare up ...

Hi all - I have fallen (tripped) a couple of times in the past and ended up having a severe flare up within 48 hours afterward. The last time is when I went and got a prescription of Lyrica. That was about a year ago. Yesterday afternoon, I was walking in my backyard with my dogs and I tripped and fell real hard. Full on face plant! I sprained my ankle, jarred my knee pretty good and my shoulder is killing me. I'm starting to worry about the possibility that I may end up having a flare up tonight. I've been getting shooting pains all day throughout my body. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any suggestions?
