Naturally it's 100 out
The Good:
We live in the South, where they take AC seriously. That means like most two story houses, our hovel* doesn't just have one big AC unit for the whole thing. It has two separate AC units (one for the upper floor and one for the lower floor). This means that while my upstairs would make a great sauna, it is normal downstairs.
The Bad:
We slept on the living room floor last night. Viktor slept in the pack-n-play in the dining room. I don't think any of us slept well last night. Viktor because it was odd surroundings. argentlupin because he was on the floor and there's apparently no pad left under our carpet. Me because I was worried about everyone else. Tonight will not be better.
The Ugly:
The weather here his hot and humid. Yes, typical southern summer stuff. Flat temp yesterday was 100. I didn't want to look up the heat index. At 10pm last night it was still 90 degrees upstairs. This morning it had cooled down to a lovely 87. Ugh!
O.k. Off to drink more water.
