*grumble*
Well, last night while at work, I decided that I shouldn't put it off any longer... I called our building's manager and told him what's been going on.
He was shocked. According to him neighbor :A: hasn't had any complaints before. Matter of fact, the manager used to live next door to him. He did admit that living next to versus above or below can make a big difference. yea. He also let me in on a little info, apparently neighbor :B: (a.k.a. assface) just moved in 4 weeks ago and there have been some other issues with him already. Excellent, right as we move in this guy moves in too, right below us.
So, the manager is going to call them and tell them to tone it down a bit. He also mentioned that he doesn't feel that this will be resolved anytime soon. That it will take several calls, a letter, etc. He's a new manager and a nice guy, so I'm trying to let him do his thing and figure this all out. I told him, whatever, I just want to keep the drama to a minimum.
