It's my birthday this Friday...
Ugh, that means I'm going to be 32.
Cool thing is it's Halloween. Yea, that's right... I am sooo goth. Born on Halloween.
We haven't gone out or done anything for Halloween in, well, a very long time. We almost made it out last year, but work screwed things up for both of us. By the time Molly got home, I was exhausted and pissed off (I had been working insane-o overtime), but I managed to get off at a decent hour. So, of course, she had to stay much later then planned and I ended up by myself for most of the evening.
This year we're going out! We both have time off (4 day weekend), which I'm extremely happy about and looking forward to. Mol and I might go to the Blue House party. We'll definitely stop by Vogue for a bit.
We've decided to go as this:
It's a character "re-design" I did for school 2 years ago. A parricidal Dorothy. Dorothy is an orphan (or am I assuming this?), but I've never found an explanation in the stories of Oz as to how that came about. So, this was my take on it. I'm going to be Toto. Me in a dog suit... should be good for a few laughs.
