(no subject)
I had a visitor today in the garden... one of these! Sadly, the camera was in the house and I didn't get a picture. The bright blue body was very striking!
I've been keeping busy. Today I worked on the new "victory garden" block, adding compost from one of my bins and planting the things I'd picked up to go there. Still lots of space, though, so I will have to find more things to plant. Oh DARN.
Here's a not terribly well stitched together image of the two new beds, taken today:
And some Clematis in flower (can't recall the species offhand, something my mom gave me years ago)
And some incipient "Sweet Olive" grape tomatoes.
