Ryan, Linda, Mary and Steve called me last night just before midnight and then at midnight sang me happy birthday.  It was the single most touching thing that I can remember happening for a long time.  When I answered the phone and heard Ryan's voice I almost started to cry.  Quite often these days I don't feel like I really deserve to keep the friends that I have and so I really don't even have words to say how much it meant to me that they thought to call.
