I didn't post this story sooner because I did not want to give away what I bought Mitch for his birthday.
So, Mike and I were at Wal-Mart, buying Mitch's birthday present. We bought him a toy shotgun, which expels the shells and smokes, pretty cool, really. Also, I picked Robocop 2 and Robocop 3 up from the discount bin. This was our entire purchase. So, we were in the self checkout line behind this man. I'd say he was early thirties. He looked like a college professor. He turned around and looked at us, and then what we were buying. He smiled a knowing smile and said, "Well, you two are in for a fun night. I bet you have masks and costumes in the car." At this point Mike and I laugh, and look at each other. "Actually, we do have masks and costumes in the car, " I said, which was true. At this point, he shook his head and said something about being married for a while and not being able to keep the spark alive. Then he left, with his stuff.
Does anyone else think this is odd?
