Vroom, vroom, mothafucka!

I have to admit that I was mildly skeptical of Laurel's theory on visualizing to actualize. Not truly skeptical, I mean, I admit that the idea is sound in theory. When one visualizes goals and desires, one tends to make greater strides towards realizing those goals. But I was skeptical about the personal use of visualization.
Now, it could just be coincidence or it could be straight up good luck, but after so many years of wanting it, I finally got my chance the other night... I took a trip on the back of a Harley Davidson!
Ooh! It was amazing! My brother's friend, Guy (yeah, that is actually his name,) has this sweet black chopper. I never got a chance to ask the specific model. I think I was too busy drooling. LOL! The trip itself was short, around the block at 35--maybe. But it was enough speed, got my eyes watering. And I nearly lost my hat, but my god... it was beautiful!
Naturally, my brother made a point to tell me to make sure that I flossed, considering the size of my grin. Yum, nothing like a few "bugs in your teeth" jokes to offset the pure ecstasy of one's first ride. Anyhow, moving right along... so, next time I'm around my brother's homestead, I was told that I might be able to get a little longer of a trip.
So, in spite of a seeming general malaise these passed few days, my elation is unparalleled.
