With Zoe's leadership, the vampires have come outside of their 'fortress' to attack those uppity humans! Hold strong people, the plan is working.

Ronon didn't do stand around and wait for things to start. If the vamps didn't die today, he would. Sword drawn, he launched himself toward the vampires.

When the small group of vampire spotted the large man with the awesome hair, they immediately set their sights on him. With that enhanced speed, they were charging at him, menace in their eyes.

Oh yes, Ronon was ready to bring it today. He especially enjoyed group charges, easier to swing his sword at someone's head in hopes of getting a two-for.

And there went a few heads, flying into the air, the expressions of utter glee still on their faces as if they didn't realize they'd been killed.

The rest still charged with one jumping on Ronon's back and trying to tear out that pretty hair.

The spray of dust never disappointed. Ronon ducked his head and whipped his sword around at the one on his back. If the bastard stole any of his knives someone would pay.

The sword dug into the vampire's shoulder, making him screech with pain. He tugged at Ronon's hair once more before sliding off and to the ground. Two other vampires through themselves at Ronon, hands scrabbling and gouging at his eyes.

He smacked his head at their hands, trying to butt them away as he grabbed for a stake lashed to his arm, preparing to turn and slam it home in someone's heart.

The vampires staggered backwards, rubbing their faces and looking perturbed at how difficult this one was proving to be.

One vampire stepped towards him, trying to bite his shoulder and was dust before he could even get close.

"Give it up while you still can!" Yeah, the two remaining vampires said that to the guy that had just dusted several of them.

Giving up was not in Ronon's blood. He'd run for seven years, fought with a team for two, and finally ended up in this hell hole on vacation for another two.

No, he was killing these vampires and he was doing it now. His fist holding the sword shot toward one vamp's chin before he turned sideways to jam the hilt toward the vamp's sternum. Huh, lookit at the bit of wood on the end there.

The vampire turned to dust before he could even make a move and the other vampire was holding his chin like he'd just taken a big, meaty fist to the area.

Which, of course, he had.

The vampire hissed at Ronon and jumped at him, hands going for his neck.

Ronon let him come, one arm raising to stow his sword while the other wrapped around the vamp and tried to slam a stake in his back.

And that was all that vampire had, dusting immediately in Ronon's arms. Poor vampires, they never had a chance.

Ronon brushed the dust off his jacket and pulled a knife. He stalked off, ready for some close combat.

Heeeeeey. Someone didn't even have the decency to look all menacing with the rest of the group.

SIGH.

Deadpool bounded on at the vampires as well. Because it was fun. "You have NO idea how much I missed this."

That was a very wide smile. Very toothy. "Mister Deadpool. You have no idea how much I missed you."

Recapturing this one was going to put her in Zoe's good graces forever.
