All the rooms given to the Fandom High party are on the second floor of the building facing the main pool.

All the rooms have balconies, air conditioning, and two double beds. (Except for the chaperones who can either choose to have two double beds or one king size.)

The swans? Have reappeared.

Jaina made sure to take some time to check over the map and guide before figuring out a plan for today, and of course then she could say that she made sure to know as much as she could about her location as possible, if she had to.

And also maybe to figure out where to get more sunblock. Apparently too much time in space was just setting her straight from pale to slightly-burnish pink.

A browned and happy John returned from a day on the beach for a pre-dinner shower only to be faced with fear in the hallway outside Room 4.

The door had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging from the knob.

This was not good. He really didn't need those mental images.

Inara wandered up while shaking the sand out of her hair and stopped next to John. "What's going on?" She had yet to notice the sign.

John blinked. "Okay, so if I'm not in there, and neither of you are in there..." He was failing at working out the logic here.

John was debating between knocking and just walking in while they talked. "Do we knock?" His decision making skills were suddenly limited.

"We could...kick it down!" Gavin suddenly liked this option. "Surprise her and whoever it is. But we'd have to do it blindfolded in case, you know..."

"We are not kicking the door in," Inara insisted, horrified. "I'm sure there's a perfectly logical explanation for this." She paused. "Other than the obvious, because Jaina wouldn't do that."

"So let's just go inside." Notice how he did not move to open the door.

"Want me to open it?" Gavin offered. "I could always be the like, indicator if she's holding her lightsaber right inside the door, just waiting for the opportunity to use it."
