Library, Monday Morning
It was just about typical that the first thing Henry DeTamble did at his new job as librarian at Fandom High was travel in time.
He'd been nervous, and trying not to be nervous, and, as usual, the result of that was an episode -- 15 minutes naked at O'Hare airport in 1988. He was pretty sure the security guards were already fielding reports of inappropriate behavior in one of the men's rooms in Terminal D.
Thankfully, it ended soon enough, and all he had to do was scramble back into his clothes without getting caught. Once he was dressed, he'd start exploring the library. There was a lot of paperwork about Special Collections, but nothing that really explained what it was.
