Andros had ended up sleeping in the park overnight, which hadn't been one of the best places he had ever slept, and he was now wandering around the city trying to see if he could find anything about the place where he was.

Chicago Public Library - Saturday offthelisthero March 15 2008, 17:17:57 UTC
Mohinder looked a little disheveled on his first Saturday in Chicago. He'd found a bar yesterday, one that hadn't closed until the early hours of the morning and had drifted through the night with the assistance of a few drinks.

Now, vaguely cleaned up but still without sleep, Mohinder was at a desk in the Chicago Public Library. He'd collected and thumbed through a number of newspapers and was concentrating both on that and keeping his eyes open. Or at least not dozing too obviously.

Sora had spent the night a little better than he had the previous days by finding a bunch of crates in an alley near the bakery he'd found before. It was at least warmer than anywhere else because of the ovens that were constantly going.

It still really sucked. If things were going to continue to be like this, he was really gonna need to figure out a better plan than what he had.

Turtle gotten out of jail; it was amazing what certain networking could do and she had since then exploited those networks to earn herself a long trench with matching fedora because, somehow, she felt that made her seem more inconspicuous. Surprisingly, so far, it had been working, and it was fitting to the reputation she was starting to put up. She'd made a few more deals to land a bit more money in her pocket, too, impressing a few people on the lower rungs of the important ladder. It wasn't much, but her name was out there, and it was a start, although she was starting to worry. Fandom Weirdness ran, usually, in times that could be more or less predicted. She was starting to push a week; if things didn't go back to normal after tomorrow ( ... )

Sora looked up in surprise hearing a familiar voice. "Turtle?!" He smilled and launched himself at her. "Oh man!!! Someone nice!!!" He sniffled as he glomped her.

"Someone..." Launched at and glomped on, Turtle blinked, and then impulsively patted Sora's shoulder. Nice, she felt, was an interesting choice of word. But she supposed it didn't really matter.

"Sora," she said, pulling away a little. Or, at least, trying to. "What the heck are you doing here?"

He pulled away looking a little embaressed and sighed. "I don't know, I was in the park walking and then all of a sudden there were these really creepy evil looking angel statues everywhere!!"

"Creepy...evil...and tacky looking, maybe?" Turtle asked, tilting her head, frowning a little. "In the park..." She blinked. "Huh. When?"
