Well maybe not, but I know the cause of my insomnia. It's not caffeine or stress or ambient noise, or anything reasonable like that, it's exercise. The magic number is around 2 hours it seems. If I play ultimate or soccer for more than that length of time during the afternoon, then I probably will be awake all night long no matter what I try to do to fall asleep.

I feel like one of those people making titles for Republican environmental bills. The ones that do the opposite of what they say, like the "healthy forests initiative" that's supposed to prevent forest fires by letting logging companies in to cut down all the big, fire-resistant trees. "The only way to save the trees is to cut them down". Similar to "The only way to sleep is to not make yourself really tired first", except that I guess in this case it's actually true.
