I should do this...

Ok, first off, since I haven't updated in almost a month, hopefully everyone had a safe holiday season and Happy New Year.

My holiday season consisted of spending time with my family, my friends, and the one love of my life, my girlfriend Megan. I could go into detail of everything we did, but why bother? In all honesty, I doubt anyone cares about where we went to eat, what movies we watched, what we did when we brought in the new year. It may come off as hateful, but it isn't. I guess I'm just a little tired and my thought process is, for lack of a better word, FUBAR at the moment.

Besides, there are some things that are private and don't need to be divulged. I'm sure Megan would agree.

Also, this part isn't fatigue talking, but I openly admit this. I'm an asshole, plain and simple. Sometimes small details tend to send me fucking ballistic. It's something in my head obviously. I tend to jump to conclusions when things don't exactly go the way I'd hoped. There are some people on here that I have chosen to remain nameless in which I possibly have said something wrong to or upset unintentionally. Should they read this, I offer my sincerest apologies. I know it doesn't mean much and you probably couldn't give a rat's ass about me now, but I'm taking the opportunity to say that I was wrong, that I'm at fault. Whatever you decide to do from hereon in as far as I go is up to you. I shouldn't ask for forgiveness since I waited so long to do this. I more or less had an epiphany and deemed this the right thing to do.

Now, some of you might be wondering about what I had collected for Christmas. Here's the list.

-$60 cash
-$50 in gift cards ($25 for Wal-Mart and $25 for Best Buy)
-a Die-cast car
-Super Troopers DVD
-Starship Troopers Superbit DVD
-Couple pairs of much needed sweatpants

And last, but certainly not least...

-a Portable DVD Player

Megan got me the Starship Troopers DVD, which is one thing I've wanted for some time and couldn't really find.

There's a funny story behind the die-cast car. I opened the gift and looked at it for a second. I turned to Megan and asked her if it was telling me something I don't know. I turned to my parents, who gave it to me, and asked them the same thing. The funny part is that the sponsor on the car is Viagra. Short story, yes...I guess it was one of those "you had to be there" moments.

Anyways, the cash and gift cards went to a few games for my XBox and a movie. I picked up Conker: Live and Reloaded (basically an XBox remake of Conker's Bad Fur Day), Medal of Honor: Rising Sun, Dead or Alive 3, and Club Dread Unrated Version. An interesting tidbit about buying Conker: Live and Reloaded, and Megan can attest to this, I got carded, which was a surprise to me. Just think about it. A guy that's 23 with a beard that's roughly 2 and a half to 3 inches long is buying a game that is restricted to being purchased by people over 17 gets carded. I know they are doing their job, but don't I look like I might be over 17?

Also, in an unrelated topic, I finally finished the roll of film that I've been holding onto since Anime Expo. Once I get that developed, I'll post the pictures.

Oh well, that's it from me tonight.
