Okay, so I figured out how to make animated icons last night. Unfortunately, I didn't figure out how to make them less than 40 KB, which is the max file size for icons on LJ. Fail. But there are still 4 non-animated ones that LJ doesn't have issues with.
But enough of my ramblings...
