It enhances a tiny bit under 5% so it's like a free novio earring during MB only.

No idea what earring I want ;x God sucks having so many jobs sometimes lol

The MND+/MB+ earring is good for my RDM+BLM
The MP+ earring is good for my WHM and in some cases BRD

man I need to do the prommy zones... but Im having trouble cause Im career rdm. all of them are good... and I want something to be good with bluemage when it comes out... >< and since SQEN gives us no chance to repeat the quest, we better not fuck up ><.... anyways yeah Im looking forward to anyof them.. the only earring I wouldn't get is hollow.. btu then it's still not that bad. static/magnetic hard choice. ethereal is mainly pld, but could still be used for rdm.. choices! screw you SQEN for making us make hard decissions.
