maybe:

sam/drk renkai, blm/rdm MB, drk eats wing renkais with other sam both MB
sam 1 2hr self-light blm/rdm MB
sam 2 2hr blm MB, rdm 2hr and spamms Thunder 3 for MB
all sleep/med 300% TP before start, rdm can spirits at start, pld spirits, eats wing, spirits

If you can't pull that off in time just have everyone who can use it get 300% at start spirits, eat wing then spirits and just 2hr baszerk him lol

For us this fight was super easy and over in 50 seconds lol

We just ignored the 3 tarus.
They casted some debuffs from time to time and one blizzaga2.

I honestly don't see why you wouldn't be able to beat Tenzen with this set-up...

When I did it, the BC was terribly easy, at best I managed to get off 3 nukes before Tenzen died.

Just go in, unload and hope Tenzen dies before you. That's all.
