I ended up not training much more and ended up just boarding the Winno.

I didn't end up failing on either Sin or the Sinspawn, and made it to Kilika.

I trained for a little bit and collected items, then I skipped over Lord Ochu and just went straight to the temple, got the Destruction Sphere, then boarded the Winno.
