New FF7 Anthology Project!!! Gathering Interest
Hi, I helped organize Crisis Carols along with many other people, and recently had a bit of free time. I was wondering if there was any interest for another FF7 yaoi anthology...
Just gathering interest for now, not setting up anything yet.
Here are my ideas for themes:
1.) College/School AU theme, with teacher x teacher or student x teacher or principal x teacher ... etc and of course student x student or whatever... haha...
2.)PWP focus, anything is allowed as long as it has porn or whatever.
3.) Holiday related. I know I missed Valentine's day, but there's a eastern valentine's holiday on July 7th. There's a legend behind it that's kinda long, but the short version is that two lovers screwed up and got turned into constallations(?) or something and on 7/7 is the day their constellations meet together in the sky so they can basically be together again on that day for the year. I don't know what it's called in English so I can't look it up on wiki, but er, I'll get back to you if anybody actually reads this TLDR and it's popular.
But ugh, anyway, you can do something just valentine's day ish, anniversary, birthday, etc, theme for this one.
magick_fyre suggested a Summer holiday theme!! There's a lot of possibilities to this too!
Or I can just wait until Halloween / Christmas, the best times of the year etc

5.) Turks Only / Soldier Only / etc?
If you have some other suggestions, let me know. I'm just trying to see what people that might participate want.
I'll draw the cover page, and design stuff based on whatever is most popular. (However, if you'd like to do the illustrations like cover page, page breaks or design things for the credits, extras or whatever, let me know if you actually find things like that fun, LOL). I can come up with prompts again too... just gathering info on what people might like to do.
Art, Fic or Comic is allowed, any pairing or even OT3 is allowed (as long as it's yaoi obviously). Also, uhm I think 2 months would be a good amount to get submissions in? Is that ok?
Again if you're confused what this is, just check this post. Basically, a lot of writers and artists put together a fanmagazine sorta thing... haha.

But what do you guys think? What theme is most attractive to you? Or do you have a theme you'd like? Anybody have time to participate? I'm thinking of giving up April - June to get entries in and release it on July 1 I guess. (Is that too long? Too short?)
