Copyright problems

The English House of the Future is an article about the future of architecture in Britain - written in 1903, there are contributions by various architects, and a small essay by H.G. Put it on line with a note saying 'there's a bit by Wells here that's interesting, and of interest to you, but his grasping estate want £100 before I can put it on line. It'll be out of copyright in 2016, so come back then, or alternatively, it's already out of copyright in country x so see it on a website there (with link)'.

I thought about doing that, but it isn't actually on line anywhere else I can find, and I don't want to annoy readers by saying "this exists and I can't show it to you."

To be honest, it isn't a particularly stunning bit of prediction anyway, and a lot of it paraphrases bits of his futurology book Anticipations.

State exactly that, then - that it exists, it's not all that important, costs $$$$ if anyone feels like paying, but will be available in 2016.
