Fortunately they were missed by a couple of inches, which is good because most of my RPG stuff was out there.

Lucky indeed. I imagine even if your insurance company forked out for the value of them, a lot would probably be almost impossible to replace anyway.

Fingers crossed. There seem to be a LOT of weird expenses coming in, even apart from the big stuff, e.g. a two-yearly domain name registration invoice I got this morning.
