Fanfic - TARDIS Library Community
The old 
calufrax Doctor Who fanfic reccing community has gone dormant, which is a bit of a shame since it pointed me at some good stories. However, there's a new one called
tardis_library which has a wider remit and looks promising. Only a couple of posts so far, but may end up being useful;
The advantage of this one is that you can rec stories on any site, not just A Teaspoon and an Open Mind.
