I have been working out alot lately getting ready for boot camp. I have noticed some physical change, but I have actually noticed a bigger mental change. I have sudden urges to drop and do 20, and they happen anywhere. I have also noticed I feel the need to be more physical with everything. I wanna push myself to all my limits at all times. Its so much fun to push yourself to the wall, then push the wall back.
