You know, this hurricane shit is a real pain in my ass. I am tired of turning on the TV and thats all I see. The idiots didnt leave, OK. Thats how siimple it is! But, as I just found out, the government will pay very well for you to go down as a health care provider. More than twice what I make now hourly. So of course I went "ohhhhhh". My one co-worker is looking into heading donw. If I feel comfortable doing it I might go down with him as his team mate. They are requesting teams of 2. You head down there with a pack, tent, sleeping bag, clothes, and anything else you might need. All they give you are MREs and your orders. I kinda like the idea. I think its safe enough to head down! People arent getting shot as often down there. Plus, I would love to get away for a month. And what an experience! I wanted to be a part of 9/11, but couldnt. Now I have a slight chance to be a part of something big. I might do it, we will see.
Oh yeah, and my plans for this weekend in Penn State are kinda coming together. Not too happy with Kristen right now, but oh well I havent seen her in a year.
