Hi, my name is Tori. xD And I'm a con-aholic.
I haven't been able to cosplay as much Final Fantasy lately since I've been booked to the full for cosplay groups and whatnot and I keep having to postpone my cosplays. I've done lots of FF7 cosplay.. and been doing some Advent Children. I cosplay other FF stuff besides just seven related, but anyway.
Heh, I get called shachou, I'm an avid Rufus ShinRa cosplayer. Otakon this year I'm planning on debuting Seymour from FFX. But anyway, here it goes why I'm posting.
There's been so much drama in life, I cosplay anime, games, and jrock. I stopped jrock cosplay for awhile and cut myself away from many friends in it because of the ridiculous juvenile drama. I know there is drama everywhere but in cosplay it's ridiculous. And I just lose friends because I refuse to listen to the juvenile junk that goes on. But, I love final fantasy. And I hate seeming like I'm following the crowd, but 7 is my favorite of the series. Advent is amazing, I'm planning on doing Yazoo and Loz soon enough. I've already done Rufus's version. Had my dad's old Hoverround,made the Jenova box.. and everything. But, I really would like to make some more friends in the video game, especially final fantasy cosplay world. So this is sort of a plea, hey. I wanna make new cosplay friends in the gaming world. Because hey. I love doing cosplays with other people in groups, it's fun. Being the only one in your group cosplaying FF or games in general tends to suck. And sharing rooms at cons, since I go to a lot.. that's another thing. I like and want to make more gaming friends for that as well. For friends to do group cosplays with, rooming at cons and meeting at cons. People who share the same interest. I'm so isolated where I live currently--though I'll be moving to Virginia in a few months. I just. Am dying to get to know people, make friends in this cosplay fandom. So maybe this is a plea.
Being lonely is awful, everyone knows it. And I'm a friendly person. But if you wanna chat, talk. Hit me up! Comment! Cosplay talk and picture sharing is always fun. Who knows, might even end up rooming or being in a group thing. Just, want to meet new people in one of my alltime favorite fandoms. I hate sounding pathetic or anything. :/
But yeah, I also am very good at constructing weaponry and accessories. I give tips and commission, build weapons for friends and others all the time from anime and gamedom. Anyway, this shachou is lonely in her cosplay fandom. Just, would love to talk and meet people!
Oh, and by chance. Is anyone going to MTAC? Middle Tennessee Anime Convention, this year? Love to all!
