The BLACKOUT is officially over now. The Emperor has informed me that I am no longer allowed to tax you peons to satisfy my own tastes for torture. However, I have been inspired to take other courses of action, namely, to freeze your assets.
ALL MOD SPECIALS ARE FROZEN. If you request gil from balfonheim, I will send her off to the Archadian Army (I have no doubt she would do well there... or maybe not). But the Emperor has informed me that it is, how shall I say it, illegal to deprive you of this gil without some kind of just cause.
Therefore, I have come up with a system. Each week balfonheim will name three so called "affiliates" that you may get gil from. She will name them when she puts up a new submission round, and the gil will only apply to you if you won the previous week.
This freeze will last as long as I say it lasts. It means little to me if you have enough gil to win this competition - I have a job to do.
