Yes. All the staff came from M3.

But regardless of M3's success, FFMush will continue on its own, I hope? (Not to wish a detrimental fate for M3, as it is most likely decent in its own right.)

FFMush will be fine regardless of what happens to M3. Cemil was just crediting M3 and the people there for the help they have provided in getting FFMush going.
