Aeris tended to be frank. Elmyra used to chide her about being forward, but her real mother had always encouraged her to be honest. So she'd settled into half listening to both. Besides, Tifa had barely said a word to her after the rescue, and it was about time that she did.

While Kalm wasn't as cosmopolitan as Upper Plate Midgar, it wasn't as dirty as Lower Plate, and it had an actual shopping district. And as Cetran-minded as she was deep down, there was still something that liked girly material trappings. Besides Gaia was supposed to be a mother, and mothers didn't get that way by hording purity ( ... )

While they didn't get kicked out of the place for far too much giggling and suspicious bumping sounds, they did manage to blow all of Aeris's gil and make the men in the party fear they had conjured some sort girly plan to destroy them. Only Yuffie seemed to know where the threshold was drawn.

And Aeris waited, counting on a time when they split up into comfortably small grouplets, when the fire was low enough for them to be invisible to slide her hand up Tifa's thigh brush her fingers against her new black satin panties. When Tifa whispered a what about Cloud she was kind enough not to answer in words, but to let Tifa's own lips answer the question as she kissed her.

Wonderful fic. And you managed to get even this TOMBOY to be interested in shopping and girlie clothes.

I think I totally whiffed on the hidden joys of Victoria's Secret, in retrospect.

This may or may not be slightly based on how my girlfriend got me to stop buying underwear in bulk and learn to love the occasional thong. XD There's a scary amount of liberation involved with underthings, truefact.

But only influence, this isn't like, autobiography disguised as fanfic. XD And I've always enjoyed worldly, slightly tarty Aeris to the perfect angelic one that I've seen in latter incarnations (or like, Kingdom Hearts...). And nothing is more tarty that red panties.

Honestly, I'm not much of a Tifa/Aeris fan, so I tend to be really picky when reading a fic with them. This was great though! You actually made me like them (which is incredible, truly)! o.o You're amazing. XD

Seriously though, I love your version of shy!Tifa and tempting!Aeris.

I really like Tifa/Aeris pairing.
I thought you did an awesome job!

And I thought your fanfic hit certain aspects of their character on the nail, the dialogue was also effective however the only thing I disagree with is your characterisation of Tifa Lockhart.
"Plus Tifa was obviously inherently shy." In my opinion, Tifa is not very shy when it comes to talking to people or making friends, she is after all a bartender who is very sociable according to Case of Denzel, when Johnny loses customers to Tifa's bar.
She is shy or locks up her feelings though when it comes to Cloud, and I believe this is due to her complicated feelings towards him but this only one aspect of her personality. Which I think people use as a template for overall persona.
