I very much wanted this to be just a quiet moment. An affirmation, more than anything, and not at all fraught. Also, it's pure sugar, but that's exactly what it's supposed to be.
On a side note, this will probably be the last of my drabbles for a while. Work is once again eating my life and I just don't have the time or the mental real estate for regular writing any more. I have really enjoyed spending my summer in the 'verse, though, even if it does have me mourning the show all over again.
