I've noticed how vain people are. Either that or how far people are willing to go to impress someone else. You don't have to go to a bar to find out how people don't wear enough clothing when it's cold. For females I believe this is because of a mix of vanity and wanting to impress. For males, they just want to impress. I work midnights at a Mac's convience store and you'd be suprised what people come in wearing. Females are actually pretty good at wearing coats. But males on the other hand, I'll see them wearing a t-shirt and ripped jeans when it's rainy and 3oC. But I guess they want to hook up. Funny thing is they never buy condoms from me. Maybe they're already prepared. Maybe they don't hook up.
A guy comes in at 4-4:30 in the morning. HE was obviously enibrated, wearing a t-shirt jeans and a hat and he asked me if he could use the phone. I said it was for employees only. Remember it's pretty cold and rainy out this night. So he says it's an emergency. Not wanting to make any trouble and wanting to get him out of the store I gave him a quarter to use the pay phone. He uses the payphone for about 15-20 minutes to no avail. This does not really suprise me SINCE ITS $ IN THE MORNING. So he leaves and takes my quarter with him and walks home.
Some emergency. Well at least I got the satisfaction of knowing he had to walk home under dressed,
If I'm going out and it's cold I'll wear a coat. I don't care if I want to impress. It's cold and I don't feel like freezing my butt off for vanity.
In conclusion don't do drugs kids and remeber all the best candy is found in the medicine cabinet.
