Round 2: Defaulting, Status Check, Posting Week Halfway Done, Beta/Backup Gifts!
Just a few reminders as posting time rolls along, short and sweet!

- Defaulting: Remember, as outlined in our previous mod post, we really really need you guys to tell us today if you even suspect that you will either default or be late. (Everyone who has let us know how they're doing and been open and honest: we thank you from the bottoms of our modly little hearts!)
If you think you'll be defaulting, we really appreciate having as much time as possible to alert our backup gifters!
If you think you'll just be late-you've got plenty of work done on your gift, and you just need an extra couple of days to pull it together-we really need to know; it will save us from having to call in a backup gifter. So if you think you could use an extension, email us. We'll discuss it one-on-one.
If we don't hear from you, and we don't see a gift by the regular posting deadline (August 16th), we will consider you a defaulter and start the backup process. - Status check: Those of you who HAVE dropped a comment and let us know where you are-you are awesome, thank you! We really appreciate knowing! If you haven't yet gotten in touch with us, and especially if you have any concerns about or problems with your gift, don't hesitate to drop us a line!
- Posting time is half over! We've had a full week, and now all that's left before we go into beta/backup gifting time is one more week. Tonberry's coming guys! PREPARE FOR DOINKING!
- Beta and backup gifting is open! If you were tapped to backup or beta gift and got all geared up and done before the extension kicked in- you are welcome to start posting! If you're a backup/beta gifter and aren't quite ready, worry not, you guys still have an extra week! Just remember your absolute deadline!
Speaking of deadlines, here we go one more time!
- Posting Deadline: Regular posting week ends next weekend,
Sunday, August 16. After that date, any participants who have not yet posted a gift (or contacted the mods) will be marked as "defaulters without notice", and we will assign back-up gifters - and an extra Chocobo Down penalty. - Backup/Beta Gifts: Posting for backup and beta gifts began on Sunday, August 9. After regular posting week ends, the communtiy will go on moderated submission, and afetr that, the final posting deadline for backup/beta and excused late gifts ONLY is
Sunday August 23.
