A/N: I can't exactly describe it, but I really really love this chapter. It's wordy and silly and everything I usually dislike, but there's something about writing Shinra and the Turks as feuding brothers who are nevertheless still trying to build the same barn that just hits my buttons. ^.^
Ch 4 Summary: A backwards glance at Shinra's motivations and the desperation surrounding the commencement of the Project. Gast is out of his depth, Shinra is in need, and the Turks are trying to retain control of the monster they have created.
