Hello! ♥ If Paladin were an option, I think you'd be a great one since I kind of see your application as an excellent mix of Soldier and White Mage! XD Since it isn't though, I totally think I'm leaning more towards White Mage overall since I see that class as fitting just slightly more in your application. Your best traits remind me a lot of many of the FF White Mages...such as Yuna, Rosa, Porom, Hope, Eiko, Garnet, Aerith, Penelo and even Refia (since she's portrayed as a White Mage in the DS opening XD): they're good at starting projects on time and they're good at listening to other people...but, they're also able to stand up for themselves in tactful ways. XD White Mages like Yuna, Garnet, Crisis Core!Aerith, Hope, and Aria can also be pretty shy/introverted by nature and sometimes even lack self-confidence...and I think many of the White Mages would have a similar "I can do it if I'm being relied on to by someone else, but it's harder for myself" thought process to your own when it comes to certain things.
Many of the White Mages are generally more cheerful, but not all of them are that way all of the time and can fall into a more middle-ground territory like you mentioned (Minwu, Aria, Garnet, Hope). The White Mages tend to be a pretty reserved bunch when it comes to decision making, but they move quickly once that decision has been made (Rosa, Refia, Aria, Minwu, Yuna). Quite a few of them can be excited around others, but fall more into an in-between energetic/calm mood (Aria, Hope, FFX-2!Yuna, Aerith, Penelo). White Mages as a whole tend to be affected by the moods of others...and, while not a super common trait of the White Mage class, characters like Hope and Refia can be a little more grudge-holding than some of their other White Mage counterparts. :)
I think the fact that you mentioned that you were "a supporter or a worker when I'm in a team" fits for how many of the White Mage characters view teamwork and even summarizes how they function in their roles in their various parties. I can even see White Mages like Hope picking to save the person closest to them in the Spider-man decision question for the same reasons you mentioned. Your answer to the consoling a friend question seems like something most of the White Mages would react with too in that kind of situation...and I see your ideal careers and reasoning behind picking them as pretty White Mage-esque too! XD Your favorite FF weapon and summon make me think you'd be an awesome White Mage too! ♥

Ahaha, I actually don't consider Refia to be very White-Magey at all despite the opening movie; I tend to class her more as a Red Mage for the practicality/versatility/blacksmith's adopted daughter has some pounding power.
...But Arc screams "WHITE MAGE" to me and he is. One of the characters I listed as identifying with so it evens out. XD
And yes, underrated for the win! (It is what happens when you only have a DS lite. ALL THE REMAKES.)
