I have a question about source images - I'm doing FFVI, which has a limited number of good, clear source images since it is so old and was before the age of CG. May I use images from Dissidia for Terra and Kefka?

Dissidia is considered a separate game; unlike, say the FFVII Compilation, which is all in the same world. You could certainly use fanart or even sprite art to round out your claim. That's part of what makes it challenging to claim older games, I'm afraid. :)

Question! Does Dead Fantasy count as fanart or a seperate theme? Since I took FFVIII as my theme, can use DF scenes in my icons?

In this case, no, since your claim was for FFVII, not KH - it's a separate game, not a fanart. Sorry.
