quick update
haven't been around in a while again have I?
oh well~ not much of an excuse, I actually haven't been that busy.
the semester's almost over~ :D I'm kind of happy and somewhat not about it. I feel like this semester I've just slacked off so much, even if my grades haven't really shown it. I'm really ready for it to be over with though. Some of my classes are starting to get rather old. I'd like to devote more time to some, and less to others. it's like, I just want to be more active. More as in, I actually want to feel like I'm accomplishing something... :(
enough of that though, I'm confirmed now for study abroad this summer. I'll be at Yonsei University in South Korea. XD I'm quite excited about this, even if you can't tell at the moment. I just got the confirmation today and I have orientation in Greensboro Saturday. Now if I can just find someone to work for me...
You know what's really exciting? My Japanese is still rather bad off, but I can understand some things now! :D I love it when I'm listening to a song and I can understand a bit, or pick out a few words. sometimes though, I do wish I had someone right there I could ask what's that word? I surprise myself sometimes by what I can say, and then embarrass myself with what I can't.
another really exciting thing? I only have a few weeks left of Spanish!!! I actually told my professor on our test the other day I didn't like Spanish *___*. I was like, 'lo siento, pero no me gusta español. es dificíl para mí.' and she came up to me today and was like, '¿tienes un compañero? morgan, ¿quien no le gusta español?' and then she started imitating me, 'es dificíl, no me gusta' it was quite funny actually. I really do like her and I think if I'd had a professor like her when I started, I'd like Spanish a whole lot more.
and that's it for now! I'm off to Target!! since I was called by our desperate operator asking me to come in since only five people are closing tonight
