Miss Granny on Netflix

It's the story of a 70+ year old woman that has her picture taken at the Forever Young Photo Studio and becomes 20. Her family was about to put her in a retirement home, but now she has the chance to live her life again.

It was supposed to be a comedy, but oh my God, I was crying by the end. So embarrassing. The tears were just streaming down my face.

Maybe that's why I like kdramas and some Korean movies. They always seem to poke their way through my emotional armor and get to my gooey center.

Even when I don't want it, it's nice to find a kind of catharsis.
